Super Easy Valentine Brownie Cookie Heart

This easy Valentine brownie cookie is actually just a brownie and not a cookie at all, but my daughter likes to call it a cookie because it reminds her of the big cookies in the store decorated with frosting!

Super Easy Valentine Brownie Cookie Heart

Ingredients

1 Box Brownie Mix, Prepared
1 Can Vanilla Frosting, Pink!
(or use Strawberry)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350
Pour the prepared brownie batter out onto a pizza pan. You will have brownie batter left over.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until completely set up. Allow to cool.
Use a knife to trim around the edges creating a heart shape.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of pink frosting into a glass measuring cup.
Heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds or until frosting thins.
Pour onto the brownie heart. Spread to the edges.
In a small bowl, whip the butter and vanilla until smooth. Add the milk and half the powdered sugar. Mix well.
Hand fold in the remaining powdered sugar. Mix until a thick icing forms.
Pipe the icing around the edges of the brownie “cookie” . Let set up in the freezer.
