One of my favorite signs of Spring is St. Patrick’s Day. I’ve loved that day since I was a child. I well remember excitedly planning my school attire in order to make sure I wore something green so I wouldn’t be pinched. I couldn’t have told you why we wore green or why we should be pinched for not doing so. I simply knew that it was a lot of fun!
As an adult, I love to introduce children to holidays, and St. Patrick’s day is no exception. One of my favorite ways to share is through books and reading time.
