Tuna Melt Stuffed Tomatoes

Tuna Melt Stuffed Tomatoes

Tuna melts are one of my favourite comfort foods. In order to make them healthier, I created tuna melt stuffed tomatoes. Not only do I get the comfort food I want but by omitting the bread and adding a whole tomato I am really increasing its nutritional value.
