Whenever we make family dinners we always have carrots as one of the sides. Normally I boil them on the stove and add some butter but this recipe for Honey Glazed Oven Roasted Carrots is our new favorite. Not only is it very easy to make but it also tastes great. Honey Glazed Oven Roasted Carrots Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1lb baby carrots, pat dry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Tip: To mix it up try a flavored honey like Cinnamon Honey, Elderberry Honey or Ginger Honey.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400.
In a small bowl, add carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt & pepper.
Drizzle with Olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Spread carrots out on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with honey.
Roast for 15 minutes or until carrots become tender and start to caramelize.
