This quick and easy guacamole recipe can be made in under 15 minutes, is loaded with fresh ingredients and pairs well with a wide variety of foods.
We haven’t always been guacamole fans, but after making the homemade stuff, I cannot get enough of it. I serve this with Tacos on Tuesday’s, with pizza ( yes, pizza), and I love serving it up with a fresh bowl of Salsa Fresca, and some tortilla chips.

Quick And Easy Guacamole Recipe
What you will need
- 3 ripe avocados; peeled and pitted
- juice of one lime
- 1 vine ripened tomato; diced
- 1 small white onion; finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic; mined
- 1/4 of a red bell pepper; diced
- 1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Place avocados and lime juice in a large bowl. Using a potato masher, mash the avocados until smooth yet still chunky.
Mix in the tomatoes, onion, garlic and pepper. Stir to combine.
Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
Serve with your favorite taco recipe, or tortilla chips.
