Some mornings a yogurt breakfast bowl is the only thing I can grab before running out of the house for school drop off.
To make it really easy on myself I portion out each yogurt bowl and then add some chopped fruit the night before. Then as I am running out the door in the morning I will toss in some granola. If you don’t want to use a bowl, a mason jar would work wonderfully as well. Just layer the yogurt, then the fruit.. and then add the granola on top and rush out.
