White Chocolate Fudge With Mint Swirls

Fudge. Delicious, sweet, and oh so easy to make!  This amazing fudge recipe is made in less than ten minutes and is the perfect sweet treat for your special someone this St. Patrick’s Day or for any other occasion.  With just a hint of mint throughout the fudge you won’t be overwhelmed by the addition of this flavoring which can sometimes be very strong and overpowering.  Top if off with some edible sprinkles or glitter to add a touch of magic!

White Chocolate Fudge With Mint Swirls

Ingredients

350 grams of white baker’s chocolate
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
green food coloring
you will also need a toothpick or skewer

Directions

Line a 9×9″ pan with tinfoil, set aside.
Using a double boiler on medium heat add the chocolate and condensed milk into the top pot.  Mix until thoroughly melted and smooth; while stirring continuously.
Pour all but 1/4 cup of the melted chocolate into your prepared pan.
Moving quickly add the 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and the green food coloring into the remaining fudge in the pot, stir thoroughly and drizzle over the fudge in lines all facing the same way, it does not have to look pretty!
Run your skewer/toothpick through the fudge going the opposite way as the green lines.
Top with edible glitter and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Lift the fudge out of the pan using the outside edges of the tinfoil before cutting.
Keep in an airtight container.
