I’ve got a homemade raspberry blueberry sorbet recipe to share today! With berry season here, I seem to have a lot of frozen fruit and berries in my deep freeze. I decided to take a page from my Refreshing Melon sorbet and made a raspberry blueberry sorbet recipe.
Homemade Raspberry Blueberry Sorbet Recipe
This raspberry blueberry sorbet is tart, with a hint of sweetness, and is oh so good. I like to serve it up with some extra berries, and my kids love them made into Popsicle. Such a refreshing treat on those hot Summer days.

What you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. liquid honey
In a food processor or blender, add berries and 1/4 cup of water. Blend and add more water as needed.
Blend in honey and pour mixture into a loaf pan or Popsicle molds.
Free for 3-5 hours, serve with a side of berries and enjoy.

Just like the last sorbet, this mixture would be great in Popsicle molds for the kids (or even adults). You could always add fresh berries into the mixture as well, or substitute for a different flavour.
Have fun with this one!
